Shipping policy

We ship UPS using Insulated coolers and Ice packs. If a bar arrives not at the ideal temperature due to heat or is melted- please simply place it in the fridge for approx 20 min and enjoy! We do not offer replacement bars or refunds for bars arriving imperfect due to weather. We try our best to get the bars out to you next day for maximum freshness!
